Di4 Connect is a social product serviced by B&B TRENDS, S.L.(Hereinafter referred to as B&B TRENDS, S.L.). To state how Di4 Connect records, uses and stores your personal information and what rights you have, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will explain in detail to you via this guidelines. Di4 Connect App will strictly abide by the EU GDPR standard:

  1. User login identity authentication. Di4 Connect App will authenticate to the servers in the European Union via the mobile phone number or email.
  2. The devices connected to Di4 Connect, except those do not update via the network, all subsequent access devices, user and device binding relationships, user control, and management operations are performed on servers in the AWS EU, and follow the AWS for GDPR standards https://amazonaws-china.com/compliance/gdpr-center/?nc1=h_ls。
  3. Users can cancel all personal data through the customer service within the App. Di4 Connect does not make reservations.
  4. All devices accessing Di4 Connect are strictly in accordance with AWS’s security authentication standards to ensure data encryption and communication.

 

  1. B&B TRENDS, S.L. will explain each type of your personal information recorded by it and the corresponding use in detail, so that you can understand the type, reason and recording way of specific personal information that B&B TRENDS, S.L. records for a particular function.

 

  1. B&B TRENDS, S.L. will record some of your information after obtaining your consent when you use some functions. For example, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will record the information of your mobile phone number when you register your account with your mobile phone number. In the course of your use of the Di4 Connect service, Di4 Connect records the information that you provide actively when you use the service, or the information generated by the use of the service, to provide services to you, optimize B&B TRENDS, S.L.’s services, and secure your account:

 

1.1 When you register for the Di4 Connect service, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will record your name, profile picture, and mobile phone number. This information is recorded to help you complete your Di4 Connect registration and to protect the security of your Di4 Connect account. The mobile phone number is the information, and such information is recorded in order to meet the requirements of the network real-name system of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use B&B TRENDS, S.L.’s services properly. Mobile phone number: If you need to use the Di4 Connect service, B&B TRENDS, S.L. needs to keep your mobile number all the time to ensure that you can use the service normally. When you cancel the Di4 Connect account, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will delete the corresponding information;

Should the operation of B&B TRENDS, S.L.’s products or service terminate, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will inform you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

6.4 Cancel the account

1) After entering the Di4 Connect, click on the Message icon in the upper right corner;

2) Contact the online customer service to apply for cancellation;

 

Note: When you finished canceling your account, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will delete or anonymize your personal information.

 

  1. Modification

 

B&B TRENDS, S.L. may revise this guidelines in due course. When the terms of the guidelines are modified, B&B TRENDS, S.L. will show you the modified guidelines in the form of pushing notifications and pop-ups when you log in and release updates. Please note that B&B TRENDS, S.L. will record, use and store your personal information in accordance with the updated guidelines only after you click the agree button in the popup window.

9.1 B&B TRENDS, S.L.’s Privacy Policy is a general privacy policy that B&B TRENDS, S.L. applies uniformly, and the user rights and information security measures specified in it are applicable to Di4 Connect users. If the Privacy Policy of B&B TRENDS, S.L. is inconsistent with this guidelines, please refer to this guidelines.

 

9.2 Your use of the Software is deemed to have been read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. B&B TRENDS, S.L. reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement as necessary. You can review the terms of the agreement in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this Agreement have been edited, if you continue to use the Software, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.

 

9.3 The signing place of this agreement is Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China.

 

9.4 The establishment, taking effect, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the Conflict of laws).

 

9.5 If there is any dispute between you and B&B TRENDS, S.L., you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the people’s court where the agreement is signed.

 

9.6 The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenient reading only, which have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

 

9.7 The terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.

 

9.8 All notices sent to users can be sent via push messages, website announcements, emails or regular mail. Modifications to the Terms of Service, alteration to the Service, or notices of other important events will be made in these forms.
